Sealed units come from Martin Dales and Glasscraft, with toughened, laminated, Low-E and decorative options available. Every flush sash window ships with internal beading and multi-point shoot-bolt locks tested to PAS24 and Secured by Design, keeping draughts and intruders out.

Yes. Our uPVC flush sash windows replicate traditional timber sash windows with mechanical-look joints, Astragal bars and heritage handles, making them an excellent choice for Conservation Area projects and listed surrounding areas.
Logik double glazed units achieve U-values from 1.2 W/m²K, while Modus triple glazed can drop as low as 0.7 W/m²K, comfortably exceeding current and future Building Regulations for thermal efficiency.
Yes, they are manufactured with multi-point shoot-bolt locks to secure them at various sections around the frame. If security is the client’s top priority, they can opt for toughened glass alongside this.
Regardless of the building type of your client, commercial or domestic, these windows will have an appropriate finish. More rural or sensitive settings could be foiled with a convincing woodgrain effect, and likewise new builds can choose contemporary looks like anthracite grey. Dual colour options are also available.

Manufacturing
We manufacture in-house at our Morley facility using Eurocell uPVC profiles, DoorCo composite slabs and Alunet aluminium systems. Typical lead time is two weeks.
Bespoke build, testing and supply
Every frame is made to your exact sizes and quality-checked before despatch. Supply only as standard, full installation available on request.
